Excellence Program
QM2 Solutions recognizes and rewards organizations and individual healthcare providers who excel in patient experience management.
To qualify for the Elite Excellence Awards, candidates must meet specific criteria:

| Public Ratings | Maintain a minimum rating of 4.9 on public rating sites like Google, Healthgrades, and RateMD through an active program to encourage direct, ungated ratings. |
| Continuous Improvement | Demonstrate a commitment to utilizing patient experience reviews and reputation data for clinical improvement, employee recognition, and business enhancement. |
These awards are granted annually to organizations that consistently perform in the top 10% during each reporting period. To be eligible, organizations or providers must have collected enough data over the previous year to validate their performance and provide information on how they are using this data in at least one of the following management categories: clinical/systems, employee engagement, and business objectives.
The Q Elite Excellence Award is specifically given to organizations that have achieved the 90th percentile or higher in certain designated patient experience measures, which include Likelihood to Recommend, Physician Overall Rating, and Staff Courtesy and Respect. If organizations use the SEngage patient experience survey with CAHPS questions, the award program also evaluates their performance on the CAHPS Rate 0-10 measure.
The awards are assessed quarterly, taking into account performance over the previous four quarters starting from the first full quarter of participation. The evaluation is based on scores, specifically the Mean Score for SEngage Top Box CAHPS and Reputation Management Results via QM2 Reputation. The lookback periods, which vary based on the patient population, are used to establish benchmarks for performance.
