What are the Follow Up Drops and Follow Up Shots Interview? 2 minutes

These two interviews go to all Allergy Shots and Allergy Drops patients 4 times per year as a follow-up on their treatment.

What is the Tested Not Treated Interview? 3 minutes

This fourth interview is sent to patients that decide to wait or not to move forward with immunotherapy treatment.

Patient Responses 10 minutes 1 Topic | 1 Quiz

Patients will respond to interviews by emailing or texting back in response to the questions in the interview.
